Primitive Farmhouse Christmas Table Runner Item #1594

This quilted table runner is handcrafted from a sweet Christmas print. I love the vintage-looking fabrics this year. There are sweet red and white candy canes tossed all over. They have simple red bows tied around each candy cane. There are tiny red berries and green stems tossed about also. The background is creamy white. In each corner is a red and green plaid bow. The bows are cut on the bias. They are appliqued with red thread.
Just a little something to add a charming touch. There is a red border around the center block. There are black prairie flowers on the red border. The pattern and fabric are very simple so as not to take away from the berry wreath or candle that you would like to display. This runner is cross-hatched quilted. The binding is a very rich black with small holly leaves and red berries. There are also pine cones and other greenery on the binding. The binding is machine-sewn to the front of the runner and hand-sewn to the backing. The backing is a coordinating red print with green leaves and vines. This topper could be reversible. What a striking combination! The perfect accessory to your country decor.
