I need to change or cancel my order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please, contact us as soon as possible! Once your fabric is cut we are unable to cancel and refund your order.
Will my fabric be a continuous cut?
Yes, unless otherwise requested in your order notes, all fabrics will be continuous cuts.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will recive tracking infromation once your order ships.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, If you have an account with us, you can view all your previous orders, addresses, payment methods, and more. If your order wasn't associated with an account, please contact us.
Fabric low or out of stock.
If there's fabric you found that is almost out of stock, but you need more than what's listed available, please contact us.
If it's still avilable from the manufacturer, it may be possible to order more for you.
Handmade item out of stock.
If there's a handmade item you found that is out of stock, please contact us. We will work with you to make a simmilar item or something uniquely yours!
Color accuracy
Colors may appear differently due to your monitor, phone, etc.
If you have any questions about colors, please, don't hesitate to contact me prior to purchase and I'll try to find a common item to compare the color to for reference.
Handmade items sizing details
The dimensions of handmade items are in the descriptions. If you find something you like but want it to be made a little smaller or larger, contact us!
