These checkerboard quilted potholders are handcrafted from cheery Christmas colors. The red blocks have tiny dots and old-fashioned candy canes tossed about. Creamy blocks with tiny beige starry snowflakes all over make up the coordinating print. Quilted in a cross-hatch pattern. Two holly leaves and three red berries are appliquéd in the top corner. Machine-sewn holly and berry print binding complete these potholders. The binding is machine-sewn to the front of the runner and hand-sewn to the backing. Simple but charming old fashion prints.
