DUE TO THE NATURE OF FABRIC PRODUCTS WE CAN NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RETURNS UNLESS THERE IS A PHYSICAL FLAW TO THE PRODUCT.

Damages and issues

All Refunds, Exchanges, or Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of cut-to-order Fabric products including Cotton, Flannel, Batting, and Interfacing cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please be sure to include the complete product name and any relevant photos.

Refunds

In the event of an approved return due to a flaw, shipping damage, or an incorrectly shipped item, We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
